The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 08.12.2004 (Annexure P-5).

The instant petition was filed in 2021 and since filing of petition, counsel is seeking adjournment on one or another ground. There is no explanation in the petition for approaching this Court after the expiry of 17 years from the date of cause of action. 3.

The matter was called twice. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel has opted to abstain. 4.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
