*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents No.2 to 6 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members as well as the moveable and immovable property of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.7 to 9. Learned counsel for the State contends that FIRs have been registered against each of the side and the civil suit is pending between the parties.
In view of the fact, the FIR against each side has been registered and the civil suit is pending between the parties, no case is made out for invoking the inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Dismissed.
