Mr. Akshay Jindal, Advocate for the respondents No.6 and 7.
*** KULDEEP TIWARI, J. (ORAL) 1.
Through the instant criminal writ petition, the petitioners pray for protection of their lives and liberty, besides praying for issuance of necessary directions upon the official respondents not to harass them time and again, on account of any complaint filed by the private respondents.

At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that, currently there is no complaint pending against the petitioners, and that, they have not been summoned by any police official to join any investigation.
3.
In view of what has been stated (supra) by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no direction is required to be passed at this stage, as the instant petition is a premature motion. Therefore, the instant DEVINDER YADAV 2024.08.29 09:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRWP-4933-2024 petition is closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to, in case they want to initiate any legal proceedings against the private respondents, recourse the alternative statutory remedy. 4.
