The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents not to demolish his residential premises and shops without due process of law.

Learned State counsel submits that there is dispute between petitioner and Makhan Singh. The State has not ordered to demolish his house/shop alleging his involvement in NDPS case. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that there was illegal construction in front of shops and that construction has been razed. No further construction would be demolished without following process of law.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner agrees with the aforesaid arrangement.
