REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in FIR No.123 dated 11.10.2015 under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') later converted to offence under Section 304-B IPC, registered at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga.
Counsel for the State has apprised the Court that the trial is at its fag end as it is fixed for defence evidence, if any, and arguments. Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the statement made by counsel for the State states that the petition may be disposed of. Disposed of accordingly.
