In the present petition, challenge is to the selection made to the post of Junior Engineer as advertised vide advertisement No. 10/2019.

On being asked as to whether, any candidate who is already selected and appointed and is likely to be affected in case the prayer of the petitioner as raised in the present petition is accepted, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the candidates selected and appointed for the post in question will be affected. 3.

On being pointed out that none of the selected candidates is party, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by impleading every selected candidate as the party to the petition, who is likely to be affected in case the prayer of the petitioner as raised in the present petition is accepted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the respondents have not furnished the details of the selected candidates, the Commission be directed to supply the details of the selected/appointed candidates for the post in question upon which they can be impleaded while filing the fresh petition. 4.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any such application is moved by the petitioner, the details of the selected/recommended candidates will be furnished to the petitioner within a period of 10 days of raising such claim. 5.

As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one with the same cause of action by impleading all the selected candidates who are likely to be affected by the fresh petition as party.
