(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.89 dated 25.03.2019 under Sections 379, 188 IPC registered at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Inderjit Singh, has submitted that though the petitioner has joined investigation but he is not cooperating in the recovery of the tractor hence his custodial interrogation would be required.

No cogent and convincing reason is forthcoming by the learned State counsel which would not entitle the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail.

In the circumstances, the instant petition is allowed and order SONIA BURA 2020.12.02 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh
