***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Due to prevailing situation of COVID-19, matter has been heard through Video Conferencing.
Mr. Mittal submits that RERA authorities are fully functional in Gurugram.
At this stage learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before RERA. He, however, submits that concerned authority may be directed to consider his pleas expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Needless to say RERA authorities would be expected to deal with the pleas of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible. At this stage, Mr. Mittal submits that the petitioners are at liberty to apprise him of the complaint filed before the authority. He shall communicate the order passed by this court to the concerned authority today itself.
