(ORAL) Today, the alleged detenue has appeared in the Court alongwith her counsel. Power of Attorney on her behalf as well as on behalf of respondents No.5 to 8 has been submitted in the Court and the same is taken on the record.

The envelope, purportedly containing the report of the Warrant Officer, has also been opened in the Court and as reported therein, the alleged detenue could not be contacted by the Warrant Officer and therefore, her statement could not be recorded by him.

However, in view of the request as made by the above-named detenue, her statement has been recorded in the Court wherein she has SEEMA SHARMA 2022.07.26 18:58 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

submitted that she is staying with her husband and other family members at her matrimonial home and she does not want to go with Mohan, i.e the petitioner and wants to stay with her husband and other family members. She has been duly identified by her above-named counsel. In view of the afore-discussed statement of the alleged detenue, the petition in hand stands disposed of accordingly. (MEENAKSHI I.
