ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No.134 dated 29.08.2014 (Annexure P1) filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Vide order dated 12.02.2018, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court be directed to release the petitioner on bail subject to furnishing bail/surety bonds. Thereafter, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 25.04.2018. On 15.05.2018, again none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it was directed that if on the next date of hearing, counsel for the petitioner failed to appear, the interim order dated 12.02.2018 shall stand vacated automatically. Even on the adjourned date i.e. 30.05.2018, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Dismissed.
