(Oral) On 07.04.2022, the following order was passed : "The present appeal is of the year 2019, which is still at the stage of preliminary hearing. The matter has repeatedly been adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellants. Today again, though none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, an adjournment slip has been circulated requesting for an adjournment on the ground that the counsel is in the process of reconstructing the file and procuring the lower Court record.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 20.09.2022. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in case the appeal is not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution."
