(Oral) This order will dispose of Criminal Revision No.653 of 2014 captioned "Sharanjeet Kaur and another vs Gurpreet Singh Dhillon and another" and CRR No.1215 of 2014 "Gurpreet Singh Dhillon vs Sharanjeet Kaur and others" as these have emerged out of the same orders passed by the Courts below under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. CRR Nos.653 and 1215 of 2014 (O&M) main petition of which the present petitions are an off-shoot has almost matured its fag end and is fixed for 07.04.2017. Counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitions may be disposed of and some directions may be issued to the Court below for decision of the main petition in a time bound manner.

In view of the above, without going into correctness or otherwise of the orders passed by the Courts below, the present petitions are disposed of and the trial Court is directed to decide the petition finally within a period of 03 months from today. In the meantime, interim order dated 26.02.2014 passed in CRR No.653 of 2014 shall remain in force till final disposal of the petition by the trial Court.
