Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing respondent No. 3 to calculate the amount of compensation enhanced by Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar-cum-Arbitrator.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, submits that during the pendency of present writ petition, matter is being pursued before the Executing Court concerned. Hence, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the execution proceedings. 3.
Ordered accordingly.

In view of the controversy involved, learned Executing Court is requested to proceed in the matter expeditiously, if there is no legal impediment.
