The present petition has been filed by the petitioner against an order 08.01.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad whereby respondent No.2 has been charged under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and has not been charged under Section 302 of IPC in alternative.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has pointed out that the accused-respondent No.2 stands convicted vide judgment dated 11.12.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
