(Oral) The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondents to investigate the FIR 0143 dated 24.11.2016 under Sections 201, 302 IPC registered with Police Station Siwan, District Kaithal, in a fair and proper manner. The learned state counsel on instructions from Inspector Rajphool submits that out of 24 prosecution witnesses, 20 already stand examined.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
