This petition, under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 76, dated 07.04.2018, under Sections 302, 212, 216, 148 & 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Meharban, District Ludhiana.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State counsel has pointed out that trial is over and the petitioner stands acquitted.

In view of above, this petition is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
