**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) In paragraph 7 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that he has not involved in any other NDPS case. However, State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has involvement in two more cases. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. State to hand over the custody certificate to the counsel for the petitioner to enable him to file a fresh petition. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
