******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 26.04.2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 447, 511 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (Section 13(i)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and 3(4) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 added later on vide order dated 13.10.2017), at Police Station Mehna, District Moga.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on file certified copy of order dated 22.02.2018 allowing interim bail to the petitioner under order dated 19.02.2018.

As the petitioner is facing trial, which is in progress but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 19.02.2018 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;
(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
