However, a fervent prayer has been made seeking exemption from personal appearance before the trial court. Keeping in view the stand of the petitioner that the petitioner is aged lady, she is directed to move the trial court under section 205 Cr.P.C. which shall compassionately deal with her prayer at the earliest.
