**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 154 dated 22.8.2017 registered at Police Station Loharu, District Bhiwani under Sections 354, 457, 506, 508, 34 IPC and Section 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the prosecutrix and the other private witnesses have not supported the prosecution version and they turned hostile. Copy of the statement of Mahender has been placed on record. The statement of the victim had been placed on record earlier. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
