ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.5 not to call the petitioner time and again without following the procedure laid down in Criminal Procedure Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on an earlier occasion on the complaint filed by respondent No.6, the matter was enquired by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Kurukshetra and as per the enquiry report dated 02.12.2016 (Annexure P2), it was found that the matter is regarding settlement of money between the parties. Counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that respondent No.5 has now again started calling the petitioners in Police Station without issuance of written notice.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioners are required for any enquiry by respondent No.5 or any other authority, the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. will be followed.
