This is a petition under Section 439 (a) Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No. 2 vide order dated 05.8.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal in case FIR No. 185 dated 22.7.2020 under Sections 34, 447, 506, 511 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act, 1989 registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal. Since the impugned order dated 05.8.2020 (Annexure P-3), granting bail to respondent No. 2, has been passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, the petitioner is relegated to approach the concerned Court at the first instance.

The petition stands disposed of.
