Seeking direction of this Court to respondents no.2 to 4 to take remedial action in his complaint dated 12.11.2023 (Annexure P-6), the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to file fresh representation within 15 days from today, mentioning his email ID on the same and he would be contended and satisfied if the same is decided within a time bound manner.

Notice served upon the official respondents through State's counsel. The nature of order this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity to ask for response from the official respondents or issue notice to private respondents. 4.
State's counsel submits that they would take decision on the representation, if filed within two months.

Given the nature of facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to file fresh representation before respondent no.3 within two weeks from today. On his filing of such application, respondent no.3 shall decide the same himself/herself or by delegating the same to any other officer not below the rank of HPS by passing a speaking and reasoned order within two months from the date of receipt thereof.
