Ms. Mahima Yashpal, AAG, Haryana assisted by SI Rajpal and Constable Tarsem Kumar FLS Madhuban. **** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J This is the second application filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 231 dated 14.7.2016 registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula under Sections 306, 34 IPC. The first application was dismissed on merits and the trial Court had been directed to conclude the prosecution evidence expeditiously. The order was passed in May 2017 and even after a year the trial has not concluded.
State counsel informs that the FSL report was awaited as the suicide note had been sent to the laboratory for examination. It is stated that the report has now been received.
On the last date notice had been issued to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory to inform as to how much time they would take. State counsel informs that the report has been received. Crl. Misc. No. M-5807 of 2018 -2the trial Court to conclude the trial by 10.9.2018. The trial Court would give short adjournments and the accused side would not seek adjournment. A copy of the order be sent to the Court concerned. The petition is dismissed.
