At the time of hearing, realising that the impugned order is revisable under Section 397 Cr.PC before the Court of Sessions, counsel prays for permission to withdraw the petition to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 07.12.2015.
