,  The petitioner#Angrej has filed this Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India and has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents for updating/adding of marks obtained by the petitioner in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) as the petitioner could not do so earlier on account of unavoidable circumstances beyond his control which is well versed in the petition.
