CRR-747-2014 The petitioner has filed this revision assailing the order vide which the trial Court summoned the petitioner as an additional accused. State counsel on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh states that charge had been framed and all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is at the stage of defence. The trial is almost over. The prosecution has closed its evidence.
