Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.84 dated 10.06.2021 registered under Sections 379, 411, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 473, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1).

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
