ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the result dated 18.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) and result dated 30.10.2020 (Annexure P-6). Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner in the selected list and appoint her on the post of Steno-typist (both languages) will all consequential benefits.

Respondent No.2 invited online applications for direct recruitment of 192 posts of Steno-typists (both languages). Petitioner applied for the same and being successful in written examination was called for document verification. She was called for interview and secured an aggregate of 114 marks. Per final result, cut off for general waiting category is stated to be 114 marks. And yet, she was not invited to join. Again result was published whereby cut off marks of last selected candidate has been revisedto 112.

Qua her aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted representation dated 02.06.2022 (Annexure P-7) but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the petition. SHALINI BHATIA 2022.07.12 14:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On advance service of copy of the petition, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 02.06.2022 (Annexure P-7).

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 02.06.2022 (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, within two months. 8.
Disposed of accordingly.
