Through this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the correctness of the order transferring him from Panchayat Samiti, Mehal Kalan, District Barnala, to Panchayat Samiti, Dhar Kalan, District Gurdaspur.

Mr. T.P.S.Chawla, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, submits that the transfer order has already been cancelled vide order dated 21.01.2021.
