Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing impugned order dated 12.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) whereby the petitioners were declared as proclaimed offenders, in case FIR No. 003 dated 13.02.2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, Ludhaina (Rural). Heard.

The petitioners are relegated to the trial Court and directed to appear before it, within one month from today, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein before the trial Court.

For non-compliance of this order, this petition shall entail dismissal.
