(ORAL ) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, has submitted that he would be satisfied in case the representation dated 18.1.2020 (Annexue P-2), submitted to the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, is decided within a time bound manner. In the said representation, the petitioner has stated that Sarpanch of his village along with BDPO and Gram Sachiv were doing embezzlement of lacs of rupees by preparing some bills for development works. Mr.Naveen Sheoran, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. He states that he has no objection in case a direction is issued to the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal - respondent No.3, to decide the representation dated 18.1.2020 (Annexue P-2), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
