Ms. Additi Girdhar, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed by the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to official respondents to protect her life and liberty, her children and her family at the hands of private respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that initially she has moved the complaint under Section 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC against the private respondents and thereafter filed an application under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, Cr.P.C. and an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Now, the private respondents have threatened her to withdraw the cases registered against them.

Taking into consideration the facts of the present case, the present petition is hereby disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court.
