HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.478 dated 11.06.2014 under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC (Section 31 of Representation of People Act, 1950 added later on during investigation) registered at P.S Sector 5, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon. Vide order dated 09.08.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Babula states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 09.08.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
