Prayer in this revision petition is for setting aside order dated 20.03.2024 (Annexure P-7) passed by learned Rent Controller in Rent Petition No.299 of 2019 titled as Parveen Kumar vs. Sanjay Sharma, whereby the application under Section 11 CPC has been dismissed. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the main rent petition has been disposed of vide order dated 30.10.2024. He, thus, prays that the present petition be disposed of accordingly.
