Learned State counsel, on instructions, from SI Ram Karan submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that cancellation report has been filed after due notice to the petitioners. Therefore, if the petitioners are so desirous, they can contest the cancellation report before the concerned court. In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
