**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is 3rd petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 116 dated 23.07.2013 under Sections 406/498A IPC, registered at Police Station City, Kharar, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner herein had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 10.01.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. M-44009 of 2013. However, the petitioner did not put in regular appearance as required and jumped bail which resulted in cancellation of the interim protection granted. Thereafter, she approached this Court by filing Criminal Misc. No. M-45552 of 2017, however, the same was dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner herein has been declared as a proclaimed offender, which was taken into account by Addl. CRM-M-587-2018 -2application by order dated 14.09.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the reason for not putting in an appearance after being granted bail was on account of the fact that she had a paralytic stroke and could not appear.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner at the present moment. However, the petitioner herein is directed to surrender before the trial Court and move appropriate application for setting aside the order declaring her proclaimed offender as well as to move an application seeking anticipatory bail. In case, an application is made, the same be decided expeditiously. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
