******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) File received back from the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court with the report that matter was amicably settled vide written compromise. However, it was signed only by the petitioners and respondent No.4 refused to sign the same.

This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.4-father of petitioner No.1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 14.3.2017 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 12.12.1994 as per copy of Aadhar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2 is 27.9.1996 as per copy of Aadhar Card Paritosh Kumar 2017.03.16 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-8940-2017 (O&M) (Annexure P-2). They got married on 11.3.2017. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3 and P-4.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Jind to look into the representation dated 14.3.2017 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order along with representation in his office.
