Prayer in the present criminal revision petition is for setting aside the order dated 27.08.2015, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, whereby, the appeal was partly allowed and the order dated 20.12.2014, passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, granting interim monetary relief to the petitioner-wife was modified and the amount of interim maintenance was enhanced from Rs.4,000/- per month to Rs.6,000/- per month. 2.

In view the decision given by this Bench, in CRM-M-58023-2023, titled Gautam Singal vs. Anju Singal, decided on 30.11.2023, no such order, which is criminal in nature, has been passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, while disposing of the said appeal, as such, the present revision petition is not maintainable. Interim order stands vacated. 3.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as per law. 4.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
