Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of direction to the respondents for providing the complete information as sought by the petitioner under RTI Act, vide his application dated 12.11.2018 (P-1) as well as second appeal dated 27.03.2019 (P-3).

Status report by way of affidavit dated 23.08.2022 of Sh. Desh Raj, DSP, Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, on behalf of respondent-State has been filed. Same is taken on record and copy thereof supplied to the opposite side. Registry will tag the status report at appropriate place. This Court has gone through the contents of para-4 of the aforesaid affidavit, which indicates that accused-Mukesh Kumar has already been arrested on 09.08.2022 and investigation is still undergoing.
