The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.105, dated 27.11.2021, registered under Sections 307, 459, 458, 326, 325, 324, 323, 201, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Khannauri, District Sangrur. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
