Present second petition has been filed praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.588 dated 02.12.2021 under Sections 429, 328 of IPC and Sections 4(1), 3, 13(1) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, registered at Police Station Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the defence witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court and at this stage, he has prayed that the trial Court be directed to conclude the trial within a period of 03 months.

Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, has submitted that all the witnesses have already been examined and the case is now fixed for defence evidence. She thus, submits that the trial is at the fag end.

In view of the submissions made, it is apparent that the trial is at the fag end. Thus, keeping in view the stage of the trial, this Court refrains itself from going into the merits of the case. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
