SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) In furtherance of the order dated 19.07.2018, learned counsel for DLF states that he has been instructed to make a statement that DLF will not seek renewal of the licence, or it will seek a fresh licence without any connection or integration of the land measuring 1.625 acres which is the subject matter of dispute in this case.

[2] The statement made on behalf of DLF shall abide the official respondents as well. In other words, the licence shall not be renewed or granted in contravention of the statement made on behalf of the DLF. Further, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate Forum in case it is found that the above statement made in Court has been breached in any manner.

CWP-277-2009 -2- [3] Though learned counsel for DLF opposes it, however, with a view to curb future litigation, it is directed that in case DLF applies for renewal or for grant of a new licence by connecting or integrating the land in question measuring 1.625 acres, the Director General, Town and Country Planning shall issue an advance notice and hear the petitioner-Association. [4] Both sides have made their respective statements in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case and the same shall not be taken as a binding precedent for any future Project. DLF shall be at liberty to seek refund or adjustment of the payments made by it to the State Government in accordance with law.

[5] The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. ( SURYA KANT ) JUDGE August 29, 2018 ( SUDIP AHLUWALIA ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
