The present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.56 dated 04.04.2026, under Sections 85 and 316(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur, Punjab.

Vide order dated 30.04.2026, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 30.04.2026 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made DEEPAK PATWAL 2026.05.27 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-23358-2026 absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 482 of BNSS, 2023.

However, the complainant is directed to move an appropriate application before the Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court to release the demand draft/FDR amounting to Rs.2,25,000/-. 6.

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case and this order shall not be considered as parity qua any other co-accused. 7.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioners are found involved in any such activity once again, the present concession so granted shall automatically stand vacated.
