Learned counsel for the petitioner - workman submits that despite making best of the efforts by his office, no one from the family of the petitioner could be contacted to find out the details of the legal representatives of the deceased - petitioner (workman), who reportedly expired in 2018 i.e. during the pendency of the present writ petition. Said fact has been mentioned in the order dated 08.03.2018 also. 2.

In the backdrop of circumstances, this Court is left with no other option, except to dismiss the present writ petition for want of prosecution.

Dismissed for want of prosecution. However, liberty is granted for seeking revival of present writ petition, within a period of eight weeks from today, in case any of the legal representative of the deceased - petitioner (workman) approaches to file the application.
