**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) Seeking quashing of FIR, the petitioner-accused has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC.

State counsel submits that now, cancellation report has been filed in the matter, rendering the present petition infrutuous. Given above, the present petition is disposed of, having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case need arises.

It is clarified that final decision on cancellation report be taken within a month.
