(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct further investigation in case FIR No. 245 dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 376 and 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as respondent No. 5 has died.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 5 does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
