The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 is for the quashing of the FIR No.450 dated 28.11.2022 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B of IPC registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that a cancellation report has been submitted in the present case. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. 4.
