CRR-3566-2016 (O&M) The petitioner has filed this revision assailing the order dated 12.6.2015 passed by the Magistrate as well as the order dated 23.5.2016 passed by Additional Sessions Judge whereby interim maintenance had been denied to her.

Today it was informed that the parties have already closed their evidence and the case is fixed for final hearing on 22.3.2018. Crl. Revision No. 3566 of 2016 (O&M) -2trial Court may not be influenced by the orders passed at the interim stage. The case is at the final stages and the parties have already led their evidence.

The petition is disposed of.

The trial Court will decide the petition without being influenced from the observations made by the Courts below while dismissing the application for interim maintenance and appeal filed by the petitioner.
