NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 for transferring/allocating the inqury/investigation of case FIR No. 053 dated 11.06.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 313 and 376 IPC at Women Police Station, Panchkula, District Panchkula, to outside District Panchkula or to any higher senior official for conducting free and fair investigation into the matter.

Upon notice, status report dated 27.09.2022, by way of affidavit dated Sh. Kishori Lal, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, on behalf respondents No. 1 to 4 has been filed in the Registry. The same is taken on record.

In para 5 of the aforesaid status report, it has been averred that during the course of investigation, the allegations were found false as the petitioner had concealed the factum of her earlier marriage from RISHU KATARIA 2023.08.04 13:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-31834-2021 -22023:PHHC:100214 respondent No. 5 and lived as his wife at various places in rented houses and also got her abortion done, out of her own will. Hence, after completion of investigation, cancellation report dated 08.07.2021 was prepared and presented before the Illaqa Magistrate on 13.01.2022. It has further been averred in the status report that proceedings under Section 182 IPC have also been initiated against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the averments made in the status report, the instant petition may be disposed of being fully satisfied.

Ordered accordingly.
